Under the Scientific and Technological Cooperation Program Switzerland-Russia (STCPSR), the SNSF is issuing a call for Joint Research Projects (JRPs) in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation (MES), the Russian Humanities Foundation (RFH) and the Russian Foundation for Basic Research (RFBR). The funding of 23-26 projects is envisaged in the call.
JRPs enable researchers in Switzerland to collaborate with a Russian partner. The projects, which last for up to three years, are funded on the Swiss side with a maximum grant of CHF 250,000. The costs covered by the grants are comparable to those incurred in national SNSF projects (equipment, research funds, salaries).
The submission deadline is 30 April 2015.
