The project is jointly funded by the European Union through “Horizon 2020” and the Department of Science & Technology (DST), Government of India (in total EUR 18 million will be available for joint project proposals).
Project must include:
- Focus on a specific local energy network in Europe or India (or address several such systems)
- Develop and demonstrate novel solutions that combine the available energy vectors and optimise their joint operation
- Find ways to make the energy supply cleaner, more efficient and affordable
- Involve at least 3 legal entities from India and 3 from the EU
Deadline for the project proposal submission: 29th January 2020 – 17:00 CET
Duration: Upto 42 months
