The competition is organized by the Wrocław University of Science and Technology and the call for applications is open until September 30. The person whose discovery will receive the highest assessment of the jury, will receive a prize of PLN 100,000! The competition is open to young scientists aged up to 40 (born in 1982 or later), associated with a university or research centre in an EU or Horizon-associated country and from Switzerland. Lem Prize is awarded for a recent scientific achievement or discovery made within last 3 years in broadly understood field of science and engineering, with strong elements of technology, interdisciplinarity, creativity and vision. The competition application along with the required documents must be submitted electronically by September 30, 2022. The winner will be announced on November 15, 2022, during the annual celebrations of Wrocław University of Science and Technology.
