The European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT) is organising an Information Day for the 2016 Call for Knowledge and Innovation Communities (KICs)) Proposals.
The main objective of the conference is to provide participants with information on the Call and guidance to potential applicants in submitting high quality and successful proposals.
The EIT’s mission and strategic priorities under the umbrella of Horizon 2020, the Framework Programme for Research and Innovation, will be presented. Participants will also get first-hand information on the underlying philosophy of the Call for Proposals, the evaluation process and the Call roadmap.
The KIC model and the principles for funding, monitoring and evaluating KICs will be discussed and in addition, information will be provided on how to submit applications. Participants will also have an opportunity to network and engage with the EIT and with potential applicants.
Attendance of this event is open to all interested innovation stakeholders and registration will be on a first come first served basis.
