A coordinator is looking for partners for BHC-31-2019: Pilot Actions for the human cell atlas
The Medical University of Vienna, Department of Anatomy, is interested in submitting a project to Call SC1-BHC-31-2019: Pilot Actions for the human cell atlas and are looking for project partners in the following fields:
- Epigenomics – DNA methylation, ancient epigenomics, gene expression, gene silencing, working with fresh and/or resin embedded samples from body donors.
- Laser microdissection – optimizing protocols for DNA (and possibly RNA) extraction from resin embedded samples, isolating specific cells/nuclei from resin embedded sections after HREM.
- Analysing gene expression patterns – comparing sample types, DNA methylation data, RNA sequencing data.
- Developing software tools – for analysing gene expression data and/or for 3D integration of gene expression and morphological data.
