Our past recent events – Docker & Cloud Foundry meetups

I’m happy to say that this year has started with a lot of energy in terms of tech events in Switzerland. January was a little quiet, with people slowly recovering from the Christmas and New Years festivities. But come February, Zurich was a very busy location with several meetups happening every week. We also took […]

Visualization of usage prediction in Cyclops

Cost and usage prediction can be a powerful tool in the hands of cloud operators as well as end users. Forecasting can help operators gain insights into the future trends in demand of compute, storage and network assets. From an end users’ perspective, forecasting enables them to perform budgeting. ICCLab’s RCB Initiative has been actively […]

Service Function Chaining using the SDK4SDN

Last week in Athens we integrated the SDK4SDN aka Netfloc in the T-Nova Pilot testbed in order to showcase service function chaining using two endpoints and two VNFs (Virtual Network Functions). NETwork FLOws for Clouds (Netfloc) is an open source SDK for datacenter network programming developed in the ICCLab SDN initiative. It is comprised of […]
