The XiFi project, which we have just recently joined, is starting the process of reaching out to the larger community – primarily developers – to let them know about all the cool capabilities that are offered by Future Internet platform.
XiFi will hold its first public developer focused event in Berlin on May 15 where members of the project will cover:
- the XIFI architecture and capacities
- Demonstrations and case studies (e.g. on XIFI Infrastructure, Showcases based on XIFI infrastructure and FI-WARE Generic Enablers)
- Practical examples including practice/tutorials
It’s a very exciting stage of the larger FI-PPP programme (in which XiFi plays a key role) as the work that has taken place over the last few years is now coming to fruition and it’s time to start banging the drum.
So, if you’re interested in learning about the exciting Future Internet capabilities, what better way to learn than in cool Berlin on a warm Spring day*!
