Viele unserer Community-Members haben Interesse daran gezeigt, Blog-Posts für das Digital Futures Lab zu schreiben. Raphaela Kotsch ist eine davon. Wir sind auf sie zugegangen und haben sie gefragt, ob sie Lust hätte, einen Artikel über das Networking-Event vom 3. Dezember 2020 zu schreiben. Dabei liessen wir ihr jegliche Freiheit, wie sie den Artikel gestalten möchte. Danke, Raphaela!
Wer am letzten Donnerstag nicht beim ersten Networking-Event des Digital Futures Labs dabei war, hat eine ausgezeichnete Gelegenheit verpasst, viele Community Mitglieder kennenzulernen. Mit über 40 TeilnehmerInnen war das Event ein grosser Erfolg. Im virtuellen Konferenzraum der Remo App war es ganz einfach, sich an einen virtuellen Tisch zu setzten und sich mit TischnachbarInnen auszutauschen. Nach mehreren kurzen Runden beim Speeddating kenne ich jetzt das Geburtsdatum und die Interessen von mehr als 10 Mitgliedern der DFL Community! Eine gute Basis, um in Kontakt zu bleiben und Kooperationen über ZHAW Departemente hinweg zu beginnen. Besonders spannend war der kreative Teil des Abends, bei dem in Gruppen die thematischen Schwerpunkte Gesundheit und Digitalisierung, digital Lehren und Lernen, Nachhaltigkeit an der ZHAW, Wissenschaftskommunikation, DIZH Fellowship-Programm und Digital Futures Fund diskutiert wurden. Ergebnisse der Diskussionen wurden in Schaubildern festgehalten.
Der Abend hat vor allem zwei Dinge gezeigt: Der DFL Community gehören motivierte Mitglieder an, die an vielen spannenden Projekten zur digitalen Transformation arbeiten. Der Austausch und das Netzwerken funktionieren auch wunderbar bei einem virtuellen Event! Es lohnt sich also, beim nächsten DFL Networking Event teilzunehmen!
Speed dating and workshops at the first online DFL networking event
Many of our community members have shown interest in writing blog posts for the Digital Futures Lab. Raphaela Kotsch is one of them. We approached her and asked her if she would like to write an article about the networking event on 3 December 2020. We gave her every freedom to decide how she wanted to write the article. Those who did not attend the first networking event of the Digital Futures Lab last Thursday missed an excellent opportunity to meet many community members. With over 40 participants, the event was a great success. In the virtual conference room of the Remo App, it was easy to sit down at a virtual table and exchange ideas with your neighbours. After several short rounds of speed dating, I now know the birthday and interests of more than 10 members of the DFL Community! This is a good basis for staying in touch and starting cooperations across ZHAW departments. The creative part of the evening was particularly exciting, with groups discussing the main topics of health and digitisation, digital teaching and learning, sustainability at the ZHAW, science communication, the DIZH Fellowship Programme and the Digital Futures Fund. The results of the discussions were recorded in diagrams.
The evening showed two things above all: The DFL Community is made up of motivated members who are working on many exciting digital transformation projects. The exchange and networking also work wonderfully at a virtual event! So, taking part in the next DFL networking event is well worth it!
