Auff\u00e4llig dabei: Insbesondere kleinere, weniger bekannte Institute schnitten am besten ab. F\u00fcr Christoph K\u00fcnzle ist dies eine Kernbotschaft der Studie: &#8220;Wir haben nach wie vor eine sehr lebendige und florierende Private-Banking-Industrie, auch jenseits der grossen und \u00fcberm\u00e4chtigen UBS.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Herausforderungen und Konsolidierung<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00fcnzle r\u00e4umt jedoch ein, dass unter den analysierten 66 Privatbanken auch Problemf\u00e4lle existieren. &#8220;Man fragt sich, wie einige dieser Banken die n\u00e4chste Zeit \u00fcberstehen werden,&#8221; so K\u00fcnzle. Er rechnet mit einer weiteren Konsolidierung der Branche, da der Betrieb einer Privatbank durch versch\u00e4rfte Regulierungen und die damit verbundenen Kosten stark belastet wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Erfolgsfaktoren f\u00fcr Privatbanken<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Eine differenzierte Strategie, die sich klar auf bestimmte Kundengruppen und M\u00e4rkte fokussiert, ist laut K\u00fcnzle entscheidend f\u00fcr den Erfolg. Das Wertversprechen einer Bank muss klar definiert sein, um sich in einem zunehmend wettbewerbsintensiven Markt zu behaupten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Neue Kundensegmente und digitale Assets<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Branche erlebt zudem einen Wandel in der Kundenzusammensetzung. Jenseits der traditionellen, \u00e4lteren Klientel entstehen neue Zielgruppen, darunter Unternehmerinnen, Krypto-Investoren und Influencerinnen. Diese Kundensegmente fordern moderne L\u00f6sungen, die klassische Strukturen infrage stellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;An der Digitalisierung wird selbst die konservativste Privatbank nicht vorbeikommen&#8221;, betont K\u00fcnzle. Selbst \u00e4ltere Kunden erwarten mittlerweile digitale Dienstleistungen. Digitale Assets erleben ein gro\u00dfes Momentum, und jede Privatbank muss darauf eine Antwort finden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fazit<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Die ZHAW-Studie zeigt deutlich, dass Schweizer Privatbanken, insbesondere kleinere Institute, mit einer klaren Strategie und innovativen Ans\u00e4tzen erfolgreich sein k\u00f6nnen.
