Wer gleichzeitig studiert und arbeitet und das schon mehr als ein Jahr im Homeoffice, wird sicherlich eine Doppelportion davon ben\u00f6tigen. Der Schl\u00fcssel zum Erfolg: Good Habits! Doch einfacher gesagt als gemacht. Wie fange ich damit an?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Viel Bewegung, gen\u00fcgend Schlaf, Wasser und gesunde Ern\u00e4hrung sind bekanntlich die wichtigsten Bausteine. In diesem Blogpost zeige ich f\u00fcnf \u00dcbungen f\u00fcr zu Hause, die du in der Mittagspause oder zwischen Vorlesungen und Meetings ohne Ger\u00e4te machen kannst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Den ganzen K\u00f6rper dehnen.
