Der CAS Leadership des Zentrums f\u00fcr Human Capital Management verkn\u00fcpft zwei zentrale Elemente jeder Unternehmensf\u00fchrung: Human Capital und Leadership.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Kenne was du f\u00fchrst<br \/>\n<\/strong>Damit F\u00fchrung wirkungsvoll sein kann, sollte jede F\u00fchrungskraft \u00a0wissen, welche Rahmenbedingungen im Unternehmen existieren und welches F\u00fchrungsverhalten und welche F\u00fchrungsinstrumente dazu passen. Die Art etwa, wie die Aufgaben im Unternehmen koordiniert werden, \u00fcbt einen grossen Einfluss auf die M\u00f6glichkeiten der F\u00fchrung aus. Ebenso spielen Mikropolitik und externe Trends eine Rolle. Alle wissen, dass Unternehmenskultur einen entscheidenden Einfluss auf F\u00fchrung hat.
