Nach der Fusion zum Zentrum f\u00fcr Unternehmensentwicklung im Januar 2020 gehen wir nun einen Schritt weiter und werden zum Institute for Organizational Viability. Damit einhergehend benennen wir diesen Blog von \u00abHuman Capital@ZHAW\u00bb zu <strong>\u00abOrganizational Viability@ZHAW\u00bb<\/strong> um. In Zukunft werden wir an dieser Stelle \u00fcber Projekte und Aktivit\u00e4ten unseres Instituts und seiner drei Fachstellen <strong>Human Capital<\/strong>, <strong>Strategie und Leadership<\/strong> sowie <strong>Organizational Design &amp; Prozesse<\/strong> berichten, die das Thema <strong>Viability<\/strong> in all seinen Facetten beleuchten m\u00f6chten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Viability hat die Bedeutung von Zukunftsf\u00e4higkeit, auch Entwicklungs- und Lebensf\u00e4higkeit sowie Machbarkeit. Mit diesem Verst\u00e4ndnis als Stossrichtung verbinden wir <strong>Mensch<\/strong>, <strong>Richtung <\/strong>und <strong>Struktur <\/strong>zu einem integralen Ansatz im Sinne einer nachhaltigen Unternehmensentwicklung. Dabei verstehen wir Unternehmen als Organe der Gesellschaft, welche sinn- und nutzenstiftend f\u00fcr Individuen, die Gesellschaft und das \u00d6kosystem sind. In unseren drei Fachstellen Human Capital, Strategie &amp; Leadership und Organizational Design &amp; Prozesse setzen wir dabei diese Handlungsfelder in den Fokus von unternehmerischem Denken und Handeln mit dem Ziel, Wissen und Methoden zur Verf\u00fcgung zu stellen. Diese sollen Menschen und Organisationen dazu bef\u00e4higen, die Organisationale Viabilit\u00e4t wissenschaftlich fundiert und praxisorientiert zu f\u00f6rdern. Viable Unternehmen profitieren von der F\u00e4higkeit, sich der wachsenden Komplexit\u00e4t zu stellen und k\u00f6nnen Chancen proaktiv wahrnehmen.
