Mai Leiter Human Capital und tritt die Nachfolge von Kuno Ledergerber an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Marius Gerber war zuletzt bei Sunrise Communications im HR t\u00e4tig, als Director Talent Development &amp; Acquisition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nach seinem Studium an der Universit\u00e4t Bern doktorierte er an der ETH Z\u00fcrich in Organisationspsychologie. Seine berufliche Laufbahn in der Wirtschaft startete er als Berater bei Kienbaum Management Consultants. Sp\u00e4ter wechselte er in den HR-Bereich und war in verschiedenen Branchen u.a. als Verantwortlicher HR-Strategie, Business Partner, Leiter Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung sowie Leiter Recruiting t\u00e4tig. Marius Gerber bringt als Dozent in verschiedenen Hochschulen zudem langj\u00e4hrige Lehr- und Forschungserfahrung mit besonderer Kernkompetenz in den Bereichen Personal-, F\u00fchrungs-, Kultur- und Organisationsentwicklung mit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In der aktuellen Situation vieler Betriebe sieht Marius Gerber grosses Potential f\u00fcr HR: \u00abOb Wirtschaftskrise oder agile Transformation: der Schl\u00fcssel f\u00fcr die Zukunftsf\u00e4higkeit von Organisationen ist das Humankapital.
