CSR hat sich als Managementpraxis etabliert und wird weltweit an Hochschulen unterrichtet und erforscht. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seit mehreren Jahren bauen Unternehmen interne CSR- oder Nachhaltigkeitsabteilungen auf, um CSR im Gesch\u00e4ftsalltag zu verankern. Im Zuge dieser Entwicklung hat sich ein neues Berufsbild herauskristallisiert, der sogenannte CSR Manager. <a href=\"https:\/\/onlinelibrary.wiley.com\/doi\/abs\/10.1111\/joms.12244\">Studien<\/a> zeigen, dass die Schaffung einer CSR Abteilung noch keine Garantie ist f\u00fcr verantwortliches Wirtschaften. So wird im Unternehmensalltag h\u00e4ufig alles ausserhalb des \u00f6konomischen Gewinnstrebens per se als gesch\u00e4ftssch\u00e4digend erachtet. Dabei weisen f\u00fchrende Unternehmen wie etwa <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unilever.com\/sustainable-living\/\">Unilever<\/a> darauf hin, dass \u00f6kologische und soziale Belange ein integraler Bestandteil erfolgreichen Wirtschaftens sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eine <a href=\"https:\/\/www.springer.com\/de\/book\/9783030154059\">neue Untersuchung<\/a> identifizierte f\u00fcnf informelle Strategien, denen sich CSR Managers bedienen, um gegen organisationale Widerst\u00e4nde gegen CSR im Unternehmen erfolgreich vorzugehen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Aufbau\neines Netzwerkes bestehend aus \u201cinternen Verb\u00fcndeten\u201d<\/li><li>Herstellung\nemotionaler und funktionaler Verbindungen zwischen CSR-Themen und den jeweiligen\nArbeitsfunktionen bestimmter Mitarbeitenden &nbsp;<\/li><li>Ber\u00fccksichtigung\nheterogener Einstellungen gegen\u00fcber CSR und deren Abgleichung aufeinander<\/li><li>Internes\nund externes Benchmarking zur Stimulierung des Wettbewerbs um die \u00abbeste\u00bb\nCSR-Leistung zwischen verschiedenen Unternehmensbereichen<\/li><li>F\u00f6rderung\neines ganzheitlichen CSR-Bewusstseins als Erg\u00e4nzung zur etablierten Verbindung\nzwischen spezifischen CSR-Themen und Arbeitsfunktionen <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p> Das Fazit: Die formale Schaffung einer CSR-Abteilung ist noch kein Garant f\u00fcr verantwortliches Gesch\u00e4ftsgebaren. Die unternehmensinternen Widerst\u00e4nde gegen CSR sind einfach h\u00e4ufig zu gross.
