Ausserdem verlangt die Dynamik der technologischen Ver\u00e4nderungen eine St\u00e4rkung der permanenten Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden. Die Momentaufnahme, am Ende des klassischen Rekrutierung-Prozesses, muss erg\u00e4nzt werden durch die Sicherstellung der <strong>internen<\/strong> Employability!
