November hat die International HRS zusammen mit dem Zentrum f\u00fcr Human Capital Management eine Veranstaltung zum Thema &#8222;Inl\u00e4ndervorrang light&#8220; durchgef\u00fchrt. Dass sich gut 50 Personen eingefunden haben, zeigt, dass hier offenkundig Informationsbedarf besteht. Hier f\u00fcr Sie zusammengefasst nochmals die wichtigsten Punkte:<!--more--><\/p>\n<h4>Facts<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Inl\u00e4ndervorrang light ist nicht zu verwechseln mit dem \u00abechten\u00bb <a href=\"https:\/\/awa.zh.ch\/internet\/volkswirtschaftsdirektion\/awa\/de\/arbeitsbewilligungen\/faq.html#drittstaatsangeh-rige\">Inl\u00e4ndervorrang<\/a>, wo es um die Anstellungsvoraussetzungen von Personen aus Drittstaaten geht.<\/li>\n<li>Alle offenen Stellen welche Berufe betreffen, die eine durchschnittliche Arbeitslosenquote von mind. 5% aufweisen, m\u00fcssen den RAVs gemeldet werden (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sem.admin.ch\/dam\/data\/sem\/aktuell\/gesetzgebung\/teilrev_aug_art-121a\/arbeitslosenquoten-d.pdf\">Link<\/a> zur Liste der betroffenen Berufsarten, SECO). Insofern sollte Inl\u00e4ndervorrang light eigentlich \u00abArbeitslosenvorrang\u00bb heissen, wobei dies nur die beim RAV gemeldeten arbeitslosen Personen beinhaltet.<\/li>\n<li>Das RAV r\u00fcstet auf: Allein im Kanton Z\u00fcrich werden per 2018 30-50 neue RAV-Mitarbeitende rekrutiert. Zudem arbeitet der Bund an einer technologischen L\u00f6sung.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Was ist noch nicht entschieden<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Die genaue Umsetzung ist noch nicht entschieden, z.B. diskutiert der Bundesrat momentan eine vom SECO empfohlene gestaffelte Einf\u00fchrung (ab 1.7.2018 8%, ab 1.1.2020 5%). Der Entscheid soll noch vor Ende 2017 kommuniziert werden.<\/li>\n<li>Die Handhabung wird erfahrungsgem\u00e4ss in den jeweiligen Kantonen unterschiedlich (streng) ausfallen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Das m\u00fcssen Sie tun<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Suchen Sie Kontakt mit Ihrer RAV-Stelle.
