Es werden drei Modelle besprochen, die Projektmanager unterst\u00fctzend einsetzen k\u00f6nnen, um die komplexen Anforderungen, die das Projektmanagement an sie stellt, besser bew\u00e4ltigen und bestehenden Spannungsfelder besser begegnen zu k\u00f6nnen. Die Modelle bauen aufeinander auf. Das Modell der Mindfulness setzt darauf, mehr Bewusstsein f\u00fcr das Thema an sich zu generieren. Das Berufscoaching WaVe\u00ae kann Projektmanager dabei unterst\u00fctzen, konkrete pers\u00f6nliche Ziele bezogen auf die eigene Projektmanagementkarriere zu entwickeln. Diese Ziele haben zwar eine handlungsorientierende Funktion, garantieren aber noch nicht deren tats\u00e4chliche Realisierung. Hier setzt das Z\u00fcrcher Ressourcen Modell an. Es gibt praktische Hilfestellung zum \u00dcbergang vom W\u00fcnschen zum tats\u00e4chlichem Handeln.
