Oder die Auswirkungen auf die Umwelt?<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Das sind nur einige der Fragen, die im Kontext von Responsible Leadership und Unternehmensethik diskutiert werden. An der vergangenen Personal Swiss 2017 griff <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zhaw.ch\/=sumi\">Prof. Dr. Mathias Sch\u00fcz<\/a> das Thema \u201eDeveloping Ethical Corporate Culture \u2013 Contributions of HR\u201c in einem Vortrag vor zahlreichen Interessierten auf und diskutierte die Rolle von HR in der Umsetzung von Ethik im Unternehmen.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr eine <strong>Vertiefung in das Thema Responsible Leadership<\/strong> findet am Freitag, 19. Mai 2017, ein Weiterbildungsseminar an der ZHAW statt.
