Dazu sind fundierte Beratungsskills erforderlich. Denn dadurch kann ein sp\u00fcrbarer Beitrag an die Wertsch\u00f6pfung erzielt und die Akzeptanz des HR durch die Linie sichergestellt werden. Dieses unerl\u00e4ssliches Know-how wird Ihnen im <a href=\"https:\/\/weiterbildung.zhaw.ch\/de\/school-of-management-and-law\/programm\/cas-excellence-in-hr-consulting.html\" target=\"_blank\">CAS Excellence in HR-Consulting<\/a> vermittelt.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h4>CAS Personalentwicklung<\/h4>\n<p>Die traditionelle Personalentwicklung muss unter Beweis stellen, dass sie einen Beitrag zur Unternehmensentwicklung leistet. Gleichzeitig ist sie aber h\u00e4ufig auf Aus- und Weiterbildungsmanagement reduziert. Im Gegensatz dazu richtet sich die strategische Personalentwicklung jedoch am Kompetenzen- und Wissensmanagement aus und muss deshalb v\u00f6llig neu gedacht werden.
