One parameter analysed is the average distance to different services in three different land use types: centres of agglomerations, surroundings of agglomerations and rural areas. The figure below confirms the hypothesis that rural areas have lower accessibility levels to all services than urban centres. Moreover the figure reveals, the average distance to access public transport stops is shorter compared to other services such as restaurants, schools, grocery shops, post offices, medical assistance and banks (in increasing order).
