Unternehmen k\u00f6nnen es sich nicht mehr leisten nur einen der beiden Werttreiber Kundenbeziehungen oder Leistungen zu ber\u00fccksichtigen. Marketing \u00e4ndert sich fundamental und sollte in modernen Unternehmen eine steuernde Funktion in Richtung Kunden- und Marktorientierung des Unternehmens einnehmen. Grund genug f\u00fcr das <a href=\"http:\/\/sml.zhaw.ch\/de\/management\/institute-und-zentren\/imm\/das-institut.html\" target=\"_blank\">Institut f\u00fcr Marketing Management <\/a>die beiden Studienformate zu fusionieren und die Marketing Leadership Studie zu lancieren.<\/p>\n<p>Inhaltlich behandelt die Marketing Leadership-Studie den Status Quo und die Trends in den Bereichen <a href=\"http:\/\/sml.zhaw.ch\/de\/management\/institute-und-zentren\/imm\/das-institut\/fachstellen\/crm.html\" target=\"_blank\">CRM<\/a> und <a href=\"http:\/\/sml.zhaw.ch\/de\/management\/institute-und-zentren\/imm\/das-institut\/fachstellen\/product-management.html\" target=\"_blank\">Product Management<\/a>. Hinzu kommt die Komponente Marketing Leadership, wobei unter anderem untersucht wird, ob die Marketingabteilungen in den Unternehmen das n\u00f6tige Gewicht erhalten, um erfolgreich und nachhaltig die Marketingstrategie zu implementieren. Ein Schwerpunkt wird die Frage sein, was erfolgreiche und weniger erfolgreiche Unternehmen im Marketing unterscheidet.<\/p>\n<p>Die Studie ist bereits erfolgreich angelaufen. Nach der Konzipierung des Fragebogens, wurden die Unternehmen befragt. Die Studie weckt auch mit neuem Namen und neuen Inhalten grosses Interesse. Dies zeigt der rekordverd\u00e4chtige R\u00fccklauf von 526 ausgef\u00fcllten Fragebogen.
