Die diesj\u00e4hrige Session stand unter dem Titel \u00abDie Grenzen von CRM bez\u00fcglich dem Einsatz von Social Media\u00bb.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Einleitend informierten <a title=\"Dr. Frank Hannich\" href=\"http:\/\/www.zhaw.ch\/fileadmin\/php_includes\/popup\/person-detail.php?kurzz=hanf\" target=\"_blank\">Dr. Frank Hannich<\/a> und <a title=\"Armin Ledergerber\" href=\"http:\/\/www.zhaw.ch\/fileadmin\/php_includes\/popup\/person-detail.php?kurzz=leda\" target=\"_blank\">Armin Ledergerber<\/a>, wo aktuell die Grenzen von CRM in Schweizer Unternehmen bez\u00fcglich dem Einsatz von Social Media liegen und welche sozialen Netzwerke Entscheider in Zukunft auf der Rechnung haben sollten. Aktuelle Erkenntnisse aus der k\u00fcrzlich publizierten Studie <a title=\"Studie Swiss CRM 2014\" href=\"http:\/\/www.sml.zhaw.ch\/de\/management\/institute-und-zentren\/imm\/forschung\/studien\/swiss-crm-2014.html\" target=\"_blank\">Swiss CRM 2014<\/a> zeigen, dass im Kundenbeziehungsmanagement Communities in Zukunft vermehrt eine Rolle spielen werden und sich somit die Grenzen zwischen Unternehmen und Kunden aufzul\u00f6sen beginnen.
