Hier stellen wir Matthias Sutter kurz vor und geben Ihnen einen Einblick in sein Referat vom 12. September 2012 in Winterthur.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a title=\"Matthias Sutter\" href=\"http:\/\/homepage.uibk.ac.at\/~c40421\/\" target=\"_blank\">Prof. Dr.\u00a0Matthias Sutter<\/a> promovierte und habilitierte in Volkswirtschaftslehre an der Universit\u00e4t Innsbruck, war 2003-2005 Professor am Max-Planck-Institut f\u00fcr \u00d6konomik in Jena und 2005-2006 an der Universit\u00e4t K\u00f6ln. Seit 2006 ist er Professor f\u00fcr Experimentelle Wirtschaftsforschung an der Universit\u00e4t Innsbruck und seit 2007 Teilzeitprofessor an der Universit\u00e4t G\u00f6teborg. Er forscht vor allem zu Gruppenentscheidungen und wie sich \u00f6konomisches Entscheidungsverhalten im Jugendalter ver\u00e4ndert.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wie gelingt Kooperation in sozialen Gruppen?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Der Mensch lebt seit jeher in sozialen Netzwerken und Gruppen. Im Gegensatz zur Tierwelt zeichnet sich der Mensch dadurch aus, dass Kooperation selbst dann in gr\u00f6\u00dferen Gruppen funktionieren kann, wenn keine Verwandtschaftsbeziehungen vorliegen. Woran liegt das? Wie kann Kooperation gelingen und was bedeutet das f\u00fcr die erfolgreiche F\u00fchrung von Gruppen (in Unternehmen)?
