Juli 2021 mit ihrem &#8222;Fasslager 4.0&#8220; das innovativste Fasslager der Welt eingeweiht (Bild 2), welches zusammen mit der ZHAW School of Engineering entwickelt wurde. In ihrer Bachelorarbeit \u00abFasslager 4.0: Vernetzte Qualit\u00e4ts\u00fcberwachung von Fasslagern\u00bb haben die Elektrotechnik-Studenten Ivan Krajinovic und Lars M\u00fcggler ein drahtloses Sensor-Netzwerk entwickelt, welches sowohl das Fassgewicht als auch die klimatische Lagerqualit\u00e4t mit Temperatur und Luftfeuchtigkeit jedes einzelnen Fasses permanent misst und \u00fcberwacht. Zentrales Element ist dabei das kompakte drahtlose Sensormodul (Bild 3), welches bei einem Fass die genauen Messungen durchf\u00fchrt, diese mittels Bluetooth-Mesh drahtlos \u00fcbermittelt, und durch den sehr tiefen Energieverbrauch eine Batterielebensdauer von einigen Jahren aufweist. Im Fasslager mit typischerweise mehreren hundert F\u00e4ssern besitzt jedes Fass ein eigenes drahtloses Sensormodul. Die gesammelten Parameter werden vollautomatisiert gemessen, typischerweise t\u00e4glich, und sind in einer zentralen MySQL-Datenbank verf\u00fcgbar. Anhand all dieser Daten, welche auch auf einer Webseite verf\u00fcgbar sind, l\u00e4sst sich so eine optimale Reifung der edlen Destillate garantieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das System ist energiesparend und skalierbar und bietet Potential f\u00fcr viele weitere innovative Anwendungen.
