These risks could<br \/>\narise from deviations from the normal operation that could lead to a reduction<br \/>\nor interruption of the QoS, service shortages, or incidents.<\/p>\n<p>Cloud Incident Management, as a novel research direction, is addressing specific<br \/>\nissues that are related to cloud services, bringing under the same umbrella<br \/>\nrelevant topics including cloud management automation, SLA and QoS management<br \/>\n(and specifically management of SLA incidents), Cloud forensics and targeting<br \/>\nthe resolution of deviations from normal operations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TOPICS OF INTEREST<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Authors are invited to submit papers that fall into the area of cloud incident<br \/>\nmanagement. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to, the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cloud incident management architectures, workflows and automated handling<br \/>\nprocesses;<\/li>\n<li>Techniques and algorithms for cloud incident detection and classification;<\/li>\n<li>Root cause analysis in cloud computing;<\/li>\n<li>Engineering of self-healing cloud autonomic systems;<\/li>\n<li>Resilient service provisioning in cloud computing;<\/li>\n<li>Cloud forensic investigations, electronic discovery (eDiscovery);<\/li>\n<li>Audit, security, privacy, and compliance management for cloud computing;<\/li>\n<li>Cloud quality management and service level agreement (SLA);<\/li>\n<li>Cloud configuration, performance, and capacity management;<\/li>\n<li>Novel fault-tolerance techniques and implementations of emerging software<br \/>\ntechnologies;<\/li>\n<li>Analysis of cloud anti-patterns for incident avoidance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>PAPER SUBMISSION AND PUBLICATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Full papers will be submitted via EasyChair system at:<br \/>\n<a href=\"\/\/easychair.org\/conferences\/?conf=aimc15\"> https:\/\/easychair.org\/conferences\/?conf=aimc15<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The submission format will follow the recommended format of the EuroSys<br \/>\nconference, and must be no longer than 6 numbered pages, excluding references<br \/>\nfor which additional pages can be used. Papers must be formatted using a 10pt<br \/>\nfont, single spacing (minimum 11pt spacing between lines), two columns with 0.33<br \/>\ninches between columns, and a text box of 7 by 9 inches.
