Nebenbei wurde auch deutlich, was Mani Matter und Informal Leadership gemeinsam haben.<\/em><\/p>\n<pre>von <a href=\"http:\/\/blog.zhaw.ch\/iam\/tag\/deborah-harzenmoser\/\" target=\"_blank\">Deborah Harzenmoser<\/a>, Kommunikation- und Eventmanagerin am IAM<\/pre>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/qeY3rRHwEJE\" target=\"_blank\">\u201eDr Hansjakobli und s Babettli, hei mit em Chuchi-Taburettli \u2026\u201c<\/a> \u2013 Das Sagen hat nicht immer, wer weiter oben sitzt, und das gilt auch f\u00fcr die Hierarchie in der Arbeitswelt. Eine F\u00fchrungsrolle in Verhandlungen \u00fcbernimmt oft, wer das \u00fcberzeugendere Argument vorbringt oder die eing\u00e4ngigere Geschichte zu erz\u00e4hlen weiss. Zum Beispiel dadurch, dass man sich der eigenen Rolle und jener seines Gegen\u00fcbers bewusst wird. Intuitiv wissen wir dies. Forschung hilft aber, unser intuitives Handeln im Beruf zu reflektieren, zu systematisieren und es strategisch einzusetzen.<\/p>\n<p>Das Fazit des Abends brachte Daniel Perrin auf den Punkt: \u201eF\u00fchren geschieht genau so sehr \u00fcber Linien, Hierarchien, institutionelle Macht wie auch von unten, situativ, scheinbar chaotisch. In komplexen Fragen entscheidet oft, wer das Richtige zur rechten Zeit so zur Sprache bringt, dass es einleuchtet. Was und wer sich durchsetzt in der Dynamik einer Diskussion, h\u00e4ngt damit ab von menschlicher Pr\u00e4senz, diskursivem Geschick, kommunikativer Kompetenz.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Ob Sie in Zukunft die Informal Leadership-Rolle gekonnt im Alltag einsetzen, h\u00e4ngt also mit davon ab, dass Sie sich klar dar\u00fcber werden, ob sie gerade auf oder unter dem Taburettli stampfen.<\/p>\n<div
