Schweizerischen Kongress f\u00fcr Gesundheits\u00f6konomie und Gesundheitswissenschaften (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.skgg.ch\/index.asp?lang=sd\">SKGG<\/a>) im Inselspital in Bern. Das Hauptthema des Vortrags am 26. Oktober war die erwartete Auswirkung der digitalen Transformation auf das Schweizer Gesundheitssystem.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Zwei Aspekte spielen bei der Beantwortung dieser Frage eine Rolle. Erstens geht es um den echten Beitrag von Digital Health f\u00fcr das System. Konkret: Was haben Patienten und Patientinnen, Leistungserbringer und das System insgesamt von der Digitalisierung? Der zweite Aspekt ist die Einfachheit der Umsetzung, wobei Kosten, Akzeptanz und andere Change-Management-Themen eine Rolle spielen. In einer Transformationsmatrix k\u00f6nnen diese Aspekte visuell dargestellt und entsprechend interpretiert werden:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-712\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.zhaw.ch\/gesundheitsoekonomie\/files\/2018\/11\/181101_MIG_Bild-1_Transformationslogik_Angerer-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"670\" height=\"424\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.zhaw.ch\/gesundheitsoekonomie\/files\/2018\/11\/181101_MIG_Bild-1_Transformationslogik_Angerer-1.png 613w, https:\/\/blog.zhaw.ch\/gesundheitsoekonomie\/files\/2018\/11\/181101_MIG_Bild-1_Transformationslogik_Angerer-1-300x190.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 670px) 100vw, 670px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Abbildung 1:&nbsp; Matrix digitale Transformation<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Der <strong>\u00abJackpot\u00bb<\/strong> wird gewonnen, wenn die Digitalisierung viel f\u00fcr das Gesundheitssystem bringt und die digitale Transformation einfach gelingen kann.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00abDicker Brocken\u00bb<\/strong>: Der Beitrag von Digital Health ist gross, jedoch ist die digitale Transformation ein steiniger Weg.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00abNetter Versuch\u00bb<\/strong>: Digital Health l\u00e4sst sich leicht einf\u00fchren, aber einen Impact bringt es nicht wirklich mit sich.<\/li>\n<li>Wenn es nur einen geringen Beitrag f\u00fcr das Gesundheitssystem bringt und der Weg schwer ist gilt die Parole: <strong>\u00abH\u00e4nde weg\u00bb<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Das SKGG Publikum antwortet<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Alfred Angerer reichte die eigentlich ihm gestellte Frage an das Publikum. 137 Teilnehmer und Teilnehmerinnen antworteten \u00fcber ihr Smartphone oder den Laptop innerhalb weniger Minuten. Das Publikum sieht die digitale Transformation aus Sicht der System-Akteure (blau) als einen&nbsp; \u00abJackpot\u00bb! Aus Patientensicht (gelb) sind die Teilnehmer und Teilnehmerinnen etwas kritischer im Hinblick auf die Einfachheit der Transformation. Dies ist das Resultat einer <a href=\"https:\/\/saez.ch\/de\/article\/doi\/saez.2018.17247\/\">Studie<\/a>, die k\u00fcrzlich in der \u00c4rztezeitung publiziert wurde. Bei den unter 40-J\u00e4hrigen sind drei Viertel der Befragten positiv gestimmt, bei den \u00fcber 55-J\u00e4hrigen ist die Stimmung eher 50\/50. Der Anteil sehr skeptischer \u00c4rzte und \u00c4rztinnen ist eher gering. Die Ergebnisse sind in Abbildung 3 dargestellt.<\/p>\n<p>Das ist ein wichtiges Ergebnis, da die \u00c4rzteschaft als eine sehr einflussreiche Gruppe f\u00fcr die allgemeine Akzeptanz der Digitalisierung unseres Gesundheitswesens gilt.
