\"\"<\/a>The working group Research On Societies in Europe (ROSE) calls for an approporiate consideration of the Social Sciences and Humanities in the next European Framework Programme Horizon Europe.<\/h2>\n

ROSE is a working group of German EU-Liaison officers aiming at strengthening the role of research on societies in the European Research Area. In its position paper, ROSE calls for a significant increase of the budget of the „Horizon Europe“ cluster on Inclusive and Secure Societies.<\/p>\n

While the European Commission proposed 2.8 billion Euro for the entire cluster, ROSE suggests a budget of 3 billion euros only for the three areas of intervention on Democracy, Cultural Heritage and Social and Economic Transformations.<\/p>\n
