Learning and training content should include soft skills, theories, methods, integrated approaches, thematic specialisations, and inter- and transdisciplinary working methods.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Learning events enhance the educational, scientific and training competencies of individual researchers as well as their research institutions.
