The call is managed in cooperation and in line with the international procedures of <a class=\"external-link-new-window\" title=\"Opens external link in new window\" href=\"http:\/\/www.eurekanetwork.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">EUREKA<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>KIAT, CTI and SERI will provide access to public funding for joint projects.
