Based on an Action Plan signed on June 16, 2009 between SER and the Korean Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (MEST) the two partners have established a scheme for funding of Korean-Swiss cooperative research projects to facilitate and further enhance scientific and cultural exchange between researchers in the two countries.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Fields of Science and Technology for which funding can be applied for typically include the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Energy<\/li>\n<li>Environment<\/li>\n<li>IT<\/li>\n<li>Life Sciences<\/li>\n<li>Material Sciences<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Deadline: 30. November 2011<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The third Call for Proposals has now opened and interested Faculty Members from different science and technology disciplines are kindly invited to apply.
